By creating an account or using NextPlay, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

NextPlay is an AI-powered basketball coaching assistant that provides strategic analysis, practice planning, scouting reports, and player development recommendations. The service uses artificial intelligence and should be used as a supplementary tool alongside professional coaching judgment.

3. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
You must not share your account credentials with others.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
Upload malicious files or content.
Abuse the AI system through prompt injection or manipulation.
Resell or redistribute AI-generated content commercially without permission.

5. AI-Generated Content

NextPlay uses AI to generate coaching recommendations, practice plans, and analysis. This content is provided as-is and should not be considered professional medical, legal, or certified coaching advice. Always use your professional judgment alongside AI suggestions.

6. Data Ownership & User Warranties

You retain ownership of all data you input into NextPlay (team profiles, player data, uploaded files). We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us a license to process your data as needed to provide the service.

By inputting data regarding third parties, particularly minors (such as players on your team), you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary legal rights, consents, and permissions to share this data with NextPlay.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

NextPlay may offer premium features subject to recurring subscription fees. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses caused by service unavailability.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.

10. Limitation of Liability

NextPlay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Israel.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
